- The prayer can be as simple as reciting Omkar.

- Further discussion on BMI
- The significance of "Who am I"? Every religion has concluded that we are not the body.
- Taittiriya Upanishad goes little deep in explanation for the question
- I cannot be something that comes and goes away. In other words, it can't be changing.
- BODY: This keeps changing. It has been said that the food rearranged is the body – Annamaya Kosha
- PRANA: We are not the Pancha(5) pranas (Pranamaya Kosha):
- Prana: Faculty of perception
- Apana: Faculty of expulsion
- Samana: Faculty of digestion
- Vyana: Faculty of circulation
- Udhana: Faculty of Thinking
- MIND & INTELLECT: We are not the Thought (comprising of Mind & Intellect)
- Mind (Manomaya kosha): Mind always keep changing
- Intellect (Vijnanamaya Kosha): Intellect is not always sharp. It keeps changing.
- THOUGHTLESS: Are we this thoughtless state? We are able to observe and experience this thoughtless state everyday that comes and goes away. So this I cannot be this thoughtless state. This thoughtless (or blank) state is Anandamaya kosha.
- Some take-away from Q&A session and other experiences
- We have to be "Childlike" instead we are Childish.
- There is a disconnect between what you say and you think.
- Shastras does not say, don't enjoy life instead understand the limitation.
- Emotions are making to respond to stimuli very quickly. We need to recognize that there is a gap (Stimuli happening and emotions raising). To increase this gap, we do through Abhyasa.
- Every parent should try to become a teacher to elevate to a higher experience.
- We have to be other than ignorance (of thinking it is right) to distinguish between good and bad.
- Whatever comes to mind may not be reality /truth. The task is to understand what force us to do things right or wrong.
- When I ness comes in our thoughts, it is Ahankara. Ahankara is like a ball. It has the power of attraction towards the emotions. We need to monitor where this Ahankara goes.
- Samsara is identifying oneself as I am smart/tall/beautiful/sensitive/. . .Then ego is expressing itself true that it could be body/mind/intellect.
