Hari om everyone,
It was a special day in our class today. Our students were assigned to teach to different younger grade classes! Our students had reached out to their respective teachers and were assigned the lessons they were going to teach. 2-3 students were grouped together. They had prepared their slides, stories, presentations, games, etc. as needed.
After brief opening prayers and announcements, our students dispersed to their respective classes. They taught for a whole hour and 10 mins.
Teachers from all the grades shared their feedback later. They were super happy with our young teachers and how they handled their class! They said our JCHYKs were super fun, energetic and enthusiastic. Moreover, their younger friends loved being taught by their didi-s and bhaiyya-s! Our students played great role models to them and energized them with fun activities.
Our students have done a noble seva today and we are very proud of them. We also know that our JCHYKs have a lot of fun every year doing this assignment. We will leave you with this thought to contemplate about teachers and teaching. JCHYKs sure have made a great impact on everyone involved, including themselves.
