Hope this email finds you all Well. We started our class with 3 "OMs" followed by Sahana Bhavtu". We did 3 Times

We continued the class with Yoga and did poses like Tree pose, Lion pose and other poses. We played Hari OM Game as well.
As class continued, we did the following:
Reinforced – Vakratunda Mahakaya, Karagre vasti , Sarswati Namatubhyam and Brahmaarpanam

Today we talked about Lord Krishna and narrated a story about Lord Krishna and his birth in Mathura
and how Kamsa got punished for what he did to Vasudev and Devaki's 7 kids before Krishna was born.
We also chanted BG verses 43-44 and hope kids are reciting it at home.
As the team was Krishna for today's class, we made Krishna's Flute and Crown craft today and the kids loved it.
We completed our class with the closing prayer. We will see you all in our next class on March 25th.
