saktāḥ karmaṇyavidvāṁso yathā kurvanti bhārata,

kuryādvidvāṁstathāsaktaścikīrṣurlokasaṅgraham

    • As the ignorant men act from attachment to action, O Bharata, so should the wise men act without attachment, wishing the welfare of the world

vidyāvinayasampanne brāhmaṇe gavi hastini,

śuni caiva śvapāke ca paṇḍitāḥ samadarśinaḥ

      • Atma tatva is same in all above, so jnani looks at them as equal
      • human population is very insignificant compared to other beings
      • what our human action do to other beings?
      • any action we do affects the whole universe
      • some people are scared to do action because it is connected to universe 
        • focus on the action and do the action best

न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसड़्गिनाम् ।
जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान्युक्तः समाचरन् ॥

na buddhibhedaṁ janayedajñānāṁ karmasaṅginām,

joṣayetsarvakarmāṇi vidvānyuktaḥ samācaran

    • Let no wise man unsettle the minds of ignorant people who are attached to action; he should engage them all in actions, himself fulfilling them with devotion
    • "I am the doer" - ajnana
      • no atma jnana
