Hope this email finds you all Well. We started our class with 3 "OMs" followed by Sahana Bhavtu". We did 3 Times

We continued the class with Yoga and did poses like Tree pose, Lion pose and other poses. We played Hari OM Game as well.

As class continued, we did the following:

Reinforced – Vakratunda Mahakaya, Karagre vasti , Sarswati Namatubhyam and Brahmaarpanam

वक्रतुंड महाकाय, सूर्यकोटी समप्रभ

निर्विघ्नं कुरूमे देव, सर्व कार्येशु सर्वदा

We learned today following new Mantra.

ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय

Om Namo Bhagavate Vāsudevāya

Today we talked about Lord Krishna and narrated a story about Lord Krishna and his friend Sudama. We also learned how Krishna washed his feet when Sudama reached Krishna's palace and how joyful time they both had. We learned that we should always respect our friends without thinking about their status.

We also did two Bhajan songs, " Radhe Radhe Radhe Radhe Radhe Govinda".

We also chanted BG verses 41-42 and hope kids are reciting it at home.

As the team was Krishna for today's class, we made Krishna's basket craft today and the kids loved it.

We completed our class with the closing prayer. We will see you all in our next class on March 11th.
