- Vasanas are hidden - it is like a seed that will grow into a tree
- it creates emotional disturbance

श्रद्धावन्तोऽनसूयन्तो मुच्यन्ते तेऽपि कर्मभिः ॥
ye me matamidaṁ nityamanutiṣṭhanti mānavāḥ
śraddhāvanto'nasūyanto mucyante te'pi karmabhiḥ
- "Those men who constantly practise this teaching of Mine, full of faith and without cavilling, they too are freed from actions"
- Continuation of verse 30
- Example - instead of thinking about the promotion , just do the current work with focus and then that will automatically leads to promotion
- humans are rational beings
- What is the importance of faith for rational beings?
- Intellect is function of dissecting things
- Frontal cortex - energy is consumed than the rest of the brain
- Faith is part of lower part of brain
- we do not spend time in intellectual thinking
- Prasada buddhi and Krsnarpanamastu are faith
- Bringing faith in myself is harder than having faith in others
- Ego is the one that is stopping us from faith
- leap of faith has to happen
- Example - bungee jumping / sky diving is physical, but Prasada buddhi and Krsnarpanamastu are subtle / psychological
- Theoretical understanding of Prasada buddhi and Krsnarpanamastu is easy but we need to put it practically
- Everything in universe is energy and we are giving meaning to it
